Ground prepared properly before laying new lawn
New lawn installations come up a couple of times a month, and turf features in many landscaping builds, so lawn turfing is a core part of what we do. The ground is dug out, re-levelled, fertilised and the soil prepared first, because that preparation determines how long the lawn lasts.
Excavation is done in-house with our own diggers and trucks, including sites where side access narrows to around 980 mm. A smaller 600 mm machine can be hired if the gap is tighter.
Where levels need holding at a lawn's edge, retaining walls and raised gardens can be built into the same job.
